Funerals/Memorial Services Holy Trinity Kew
The funeral service is celebrated wholly at Holy Trinity Kew with cremations or burials being carried out by the funeral director. Funeral/Memorial Services are conducted Tuesday to Friday 10am-3pm, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Good Friday.
The traditional Anglican service lasts about half an hour to forty five minutes. Variations to this i.e. slideshows or photographic displays are at the discretion of the Vicar. Other than an electrical socket, no equipment is available for audio/visual displays. Experience shows that it is very helpful both for the church and the family for people to plan their funeral/memorial service. Father Robert, the Vicar and Holy Trinity’s Director of Music Stephen Kerr are happy to help with this.
Refreshments following the service can be arranged in the Parish Centre and flowers for the church if so desired can be arranged at various florists nearby.
Current fees set by the Parish Council (Jan 2016) for Funerals/Memorial Services are obtainable from the Parish Office.
Please note - Holy Trinity Kew is not a hire venue or function centre, but the House of God, licensed to conduct Anglican rites by licensed ordained Anglican clergy.
Holy Trinity has been the place of worship for the Kew community for over 150 years and it remains so for an established congregation.
